Irsyad/Otoboy is a motion designer, animation director and Time Person of the Year 2006. Starting his career in the education, he then moved to mobile gaming, digital publishing, content, advertising and a little bit of theatre. In hindsight, these were all lateral moves.Along the way he got the chance to work on brands such as Spotify, Standard Chartered Bank, Apple, Texas Chicken and more.
Practice:
I explore works in series, where a single image or gif isn't enough. Longer-form videos/music videos provide an avenue for storytelling comparable. My work lean towards a semi-real but often misjudged sense of reality. In hopes of relating my perspective to the world.
