Sevi Agregado

This is the work of our son, Sevi, an 8-year-old boy with autism from the Philippines, who found a love for art. The second of 4 kids in a family from Manila, Philippines, Sevi was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. In January 2018, at 5 years old, Sevi started attending weekly art therapy classes and enjoyed it so much that he has been painting ever since. Coupled with continued therapy, Sevi’s focus and attention, ability to follow instructions, patience, comprehension and verbal communication, among other things, have drastically improved since he started painting. In March 2018, Sevi participated in his first art exhibit. He has joined more exhibits since then, both on-site, online, and in the Metaverse and has sold several of his physical paintings, including some commissioned work, the proceeds of which are used to fund his continued therapy. Three years later, in March 2021, Sevi became a crypto artist, and has since sold his NFTs to collectors from Asia, North America and Europe.
Practice:
Sevi is still exploring and discovering many artistic styles while learning life skills during his art therapy sessions. His primary medium is acrylic on canvas.
