I find joy in reapplying some of same tools I had in creating functional software applications to creating generative art that is delightful, sometimes conceptual, and often of an abstract and minimalist aesthetic. Being a technologist and coder by training, I often find myself experimenting with using elements afforded to by technology, like repetition, ownership, connectivity, or time-based computation, to create unique works of art.
